About Chef "Yass"

Born in Japan, I entered the culinary world at 18 years old. In 2001, at the age of 35, I immigrated to Canada and primarily worked in French and North American restaurants. To date, I have participated in the launch of four restaurants (as a chef, with a separate owner) and provided services such as menu development and event planning for restaurant startups. Currently, I am working as a private chef and providing modern cuisine based on French cooking.
